Returns & Warranty

At Saffi Vape, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, our returns and warranty policy is designed to make things right.

1. Return Eligibility

Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@SafiVape.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all electronic devices. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage due to misuse, modifications, or wear and tear.

5. Making a Warranty Claim

Email us with a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and images of the defective item. If the claim is approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit.

• E-liquids and opened consumables
• Gift cards
• Clearance items
